Sharing Tradition and Passion

In 2015, Chef Anthony launched his first restaurant Porcello Cantina, it offered a sense of community to all those who visited. This Vaughan landmark provided a space for friends and family to get together celebrating good times along with great food.

2020s

Zio Mode: Activated

After Anthony's niece and nephew were born he became Zio Ando. He was determined on creating a space and menu catering to more family gatherings. "Amore di Zio" is understanding the love that a family has for each other and that a Zio's love can never be paralleled to anything else!
